I like that it has a lot of space for a compact washer. I can put more clothes in one load, without worrying about overloading all the time, which I had to consider a lot with my old compact washer. Also, I like the Extra Spin option, which dries out the clothes more, before I hang them on my Laundry Drying Rack.

It is very hard to find a 24" machine that is over 2.cubic ft. It has ability to do a regular load. This machine is perfect. Various settings.

We purchased this washer because we wanted a top-loading washer compact enough to fit in our condo's small laundry room. As a bonus we got a modern washer with easy to use electronic controls that gets our dirty laundry thoroughly clean! For its size its capacity is surprisingly large...bigger than the capacity of a more bulky washer that it replaced. And we love the clever folding lid that does not crowd the shelf above the unit.

The description says small capacity washer, but the drum was bigger than expected. A comforter is the only item I wouldn't attempt to wash in it, otherwise it's great!

Needed a washer for a tight space and this model fit perfectly. I really like how it functions and cleans. Only drawback is that it is somewhat noisy, but not a big deal for me.

We bought this for our apartment, the width was perfect for our hall and round the corners and into the small 3/4 bathroom. We got the under the sink hookups rather than the faucet attachment which work awesome. Setup was easy and quick. Also we are TOTALLY surprised how much laundry fits in there and we can do a queenside quilt in it too and it has no issues. It is going to pay for itself soon since we spent about $40 on laundry each month.

I live in an apartment complex, my washer machine that was in there I found wasn't working after moving in right before covid... So grateful for the replacement ! Now I won't have to bring my full sized quilts to the laundromat !!! Has many options, surprised by cleaning performance, deep fill options, soak, double rinses option.... Didn't take long to get used to. Just read the instructions, even on here, and everything turns out marvelous. Only minor complaint, is the hot water isn't straight hot, all heated water is dumbed down, but that's the governments fault!! Love the extra spin option too. A+!!! Keep bringing more American manufacturing back !

The washer has more space then u think. It fits a set of king size sheets for example. It is a bit noisy which is surprising. It fits in a small Laundry area but be sure you have a door you can close to reduce noise level. we had to add a shock absorber to hot and cold water hoses as it made a loud noise when the water flowed at the start and rinse cycle. It has been an ok washer once we sorted this out. If you have only 24-25 inches for a washer this is a decent product.

My first washer I bought it didn't work right. Wouldn't rinse, it shut off, wouldn't disperse softener, or wrong out clothes. Took over 4 months to receive a new one because you have to have it fixed 4x before they replace it. So I was without a washer for 4 months. Finally I receive a new one. Well it doesn't work right either. This one won't dispense the softener except for the towel cycle. I have contacted them and as of yet to receive a response back.

Machine looks good and worked great the first few washes. After that, it's been nothing but a headache. I've had to wash the same load 2-3 times just to get it right. It does not wring the clothing well. When the load is done it feels like i'm taking the clothes out of a lake. If I try to do just the spin, It does a whole new wash with the same outcome. We've had the machine less than a month. This is our second GE washing machine. Our first machine lasted 16 years with no issues. I am highly disappointed with this so call "upgrade".
