We bought this to replace a 19 year old Kitchen Aid range and hope this one will also have a long life. We were looking at it online and planning on a Black Friday purchase. We set the idea aside for a few days and the price dropped 34% so we bought it earlier than planned. I use it daily for meals and baking. The things I love about it are: -Spacious cook top area and plenty of powerful heat for boiling water, stir fry, searing. The low heat setting is low enough, even on the larger burners. I haven't used the oval center burner yet but someday I will use the griddle pan that came with it, or fully load the top with soup, mashed potatoes, and who knows what for a massive family feast and know everything will be at the right temperature. -Roomy inside with easy to adjust racks.-Convection feature moves the air all around oven, lessening hot spots. Pastry and breads are perfectly baked.-Air fry feature makes beautiful roasted veggies and other foods without burning.-Easy to keep it clean on all surfaces. I wipe down with a microfiber cloth every day to avoid accumulated grease and such. -The controls are easy to use. I haven't noticed that the metal burner knobs are overly hot, as some have said in reviews. Yes, they're very warm when the oven is used at high temperatures for an extended time, but it won't burn your fingers. I'm glad they are metal because I know they'll hold up longer than plastic. The things I don't love:-The storage/warming drawer is so very tiny. I can fit just a couple of small and flat items inside. I think that this could be improved but the whole design would have to change. What is gained in interior space is taken from this drawer. -The fit into our space between cabinets/counters isn't perfect, or even close. There is a gap where the trim that should snug up to the back wall, does not. Our solution will be to paint that area black to create an illusion of fit. There is also a 1/3" gap between edge of range and stone countertop. So, lots of room for crumbs and drips to find their way down. This range is also deep enough that it isn't flush with the front of the cabinets, curving out several inches. Not a big deal, just takes some getting used to.
