I bought this TV in November 2017 it worked good for about 8 months. After that remote started losing connection every once in a while and network connecting and disconnecting all the time. Problem would come and go so I thought that it is a software issue. Now tv is barely usable I have to use my phone instead of the remote and the warning in the top right corner is non stop saying unknown device is connected and then unknown device is disconnected. It connected to wired network and is constantly losing internet connection. I read online and it is a common issue with LG TV`s.A $1000 TV should last more than one year. I bought all my other appliances from LG but now I am a little scared for what will happen in the future. I will never buy an LG product again TV in this price range should last longer than its warranty. I you research a little you will find that this is a common issue with LG TV`s and that even after replacing multiple parts the issue still remains.

Weak picture near worthless Netflix and Amazon ap

Picture is very dark. Must be adjusted to max brightness. The smart TV functions are not. Netflix and Amazon Video seem to update every few weeks and usually we cannot view those after the updates. The last time it did that I just hooked up a Roku. Works fine with Roku.

I love this tv. It was pretty much plug and play but it has so many features that it has and its not easy to figure out how to use them. I admit Im not good at reading manuels but this tv is out of my league. My last Tv was a plasma but it was starting to go and I wanted a smart tv. Great price and good warranty

Free Tv channels with the CH 100+

Went to ABC Warehouse and got a great deal. The manager was not aware that LG brand has the CH 100 + channels I even help him with getting a customer to search only for LG because she too thinks cable rates are outrageous. That 65 inch 4 K is so awesome. Fire stick and wall outlets made it such a clean look on the wall. Couple of my friends are now looking at LG because of the CH + and the remote control cursor being controlled by hand motion had him hooked. I love my new tv getting a 50 inch for the pole barn next.

I have had this TV for several weeks and overall am very pleased with it. The edge-to-edge display is beautiful. The picture quality is fantastic with the exception of the fact that blacks are somewhat weak. It is sometimes difficult to discern details in dark scenes. That being said colors look outstanding. Looking forward to watching football on it this fall I also love WebOS on this TV. It has wonderful features and things are more intuitive than most TVs I have seen.

Its not an OLED but the picture is still very very good even at an angle its great. So well designed and program the picture. Setup was smart with a voice.I like the mounting base and that was primary because it works with the Component Stand that I used for the previous 61 Samsung DVR. So many TVs have bases with 2 little legs so far apart on either end and that mandates a Wide base.

I bought this based on reviews by Consumer Reports and price. I got a great Cyber Monday price and the picture quality is outstanding. The picture quality was pretty bad at first but I went online to find out how to turn off one of the enhancement features and its been working great ever since.

I have seen several led lcd televisions but this one by far has the brightest sharpest picture Ive seen to date. I am so happy that I have this tv hanging on my wall. I havent tried Dolby Vision yet but the 4K HDR from my gaming console is amazing Bright sunlight scenes make you literally squint. I know OLED is supposed to be better but was also cost prohibitive. I honestly dont believe theres a better tv with a better picture out there for the money.

happy with the tv. however it did require tweaking the settings. tvs always do with me. most important setting to remember is to turn on ultra hi def on the hdmi port. made the biggest difference for me.

I purchased this tv about 1 no. ago. The picture is great no complaints at all. My tv I replaced was a 49 in. LG. No problems with that one either and it was almost 8 yrs. old. Just wanted a larger tv. I went with a 65 in. Gave the 49 in. To my neighbor and he loves it. LG makes a great tv thats for sure. Keep up the good work LG Jo from Florida

Exceptional Picture Quality

My LG 65 inch 4K TV is by far the best TV I own. Compared to the other brand name highly rated Tvs this is the one I selected after six months of research and in-store viewing. I am really pleased with the exceptional picture quality ease of use and quick downloading of internet sites like Netflix and YouTube. LG is my new go-to television.

I am a loyal Lg TV person but before buying this I almost decide to by a Sony x900e based on the reviews it was getting. But being the loyal Lg guy I sticked to my brand and purchased the 65sj8000 and Im glad I did. yes the local dimming vertical light is annoying but turn it off and it looks great.

The user settings are complex and you have to go to their website to find what the settings. The remote is unusually and takes time to figure out. The ability to access my Amazon is superior.

Awesome TV

Theres a mountain of choices and options when it comes to finding and selecting the right TV. To get the best we ended up at the top with LG. Our first LG is a 43 not 4K but a few years old and for direct cable and antenna connections has the best picture weve ever seen on any TV. Now weve added this 65 4K UHD and are extremely pleased with the results Most LED TVs have volume issues cant seem to get enough volume unless you add a sound bar. LG on both of ours has managed to rise above that issue and volume is a plenty with settings anywhere from 5 to 15 for being LOUD enough and not 20 30 or even higher for other brands. We stream most of what we watch through our internet provider and our wi-fi. This 65 connected and hasnt blinked or burped once since weve had this TV for about a month now. The remote control has a better build and design/layout. Menu access was a learning process but each manufacturer is different and were getting along fine with menu features now. The picture quality on this 65 4K is again the best weve ever had on any TV. There are some 4K streams available through certain apps and thats where we see the best of this TV. Broadcast Cable and Satellite as far as I know dont have 4K but only HD in most cases. This TV does an awesome upscale and makes broadcast and cable a better quality result. Your internet provider must offer a good fast internet speed before great smooth streaming results to your screen. Through the past 15 years weve climbed that mountain of choices several times for TVs. For the past couple of years LG has always been found at the top while other has beens have tumbled terribly. Were very happy with this 65 4K LG
